In habeas corpus petition, the petitioner claims Ayush Malik voluntarily renounced Hinduism and converted to Islam without coercion and subsequently joined Chandni Qureshi; the petitioner further alleges that State authorities, successful collusion with Mr. Malik’s father, has facilitated his amerciable detention
