Bombay High Court cancels bail granted to owners of Goa nightclub where 25 people had died in fire

"The tribunal has allowed each 5 applications — 1 each concerning the 3 accused successful the lawsuit of culpable homicide successful transportation with the occurrence — and 2 applications concerning the accused successful the forgery lawsuit related to obtaining permissions for the nightclub," advocator Somnath Karpe, appearing for the prosecution, told reporters
