Primary care physicians weigh in on the trade-offs between health system employment and independent practice

A qualitative interrogation survey of 30 U.S. superior attraction physicians identified 5 large themes regarding the day-to-day experiences of autarkic practitioners and those employed by wellness systems. Health strategy physicians reported little autonomy successful scheduling and operations but greater fiscal and ineligible protections. Health systems besides offered embedded objective enactment teams and easier entree to specialists, portion autarkic physicians managed needs with constricted staff.
