Europe's endocrine community calls for policy action as growing demand puts hormone health workforce under pressure

The Prague Declaration and accompanying achromatic paper, "Endocrine Workforce 2026: Recommendations for a Healthier Endocrine Future," acceptable retired 29 recommendations informed by ESE's State of Endocrinology surveys, the archetypal broad appraisal of Europe's endocrine workforce.
