Unpaid caregivers shoulder more dementia costs than health systems in high-income Europe

Researchers recovered that 58% of full dementia-related costs are linked to unpaid attraction provided by household members, friends and different informal caregivers, highlighting the important load of dementia beyond wellness attraction systems alone. Notably, unpaid informal attraction (€128 cardinal annually) exceeded nonstop wellness attraction costs (€93 billion), underscoring the often-hidden publication made by families and caregivers.
